All public transportation were either banned or limited to minimum capacity, during COVID-19 Pandemic lockdown and quarantine in our city. Ordinary citizens who went panic buying had no rides, or took the whole afternoon waiting, before the public curfew at 3 or 5 pm daily. I intend to include this photo in my planned "LAFS (Love, Angst, Fun and Safety) During COVID Pandemic" Documentary Photobook.
