I brought Megan, a timid, Indian city woman out to Allans beach. She promptly climbed onto these rocks, lay down, and meditated for an hour and a half. Although she is a Christian theologian, she told me afterwards that she had deeply reconnected with Mother Earth in a profoundly renewing way.
