I spent 3 days with 2 of my friends in the mountains in Alberta in late September. We had only one night with a clear sky so we searched earlier in the day for a spot to photograph the Milky Way. We went back later that night and sat along the edge of Abraham Lake and took photos of the Milky Way after the moon had set behind the mountain.
