The shadows of Uluru

I had a dream to visit this place since I was a kid, but I would never say I drive there. Many days on the road with the view for the desert (the beauty of silence and nothingless). Another crazy thing - we drove there in pure summer with 50 degrees ( dreams are the dreams:P). But then, the red rock appeared on the horizon. Ayers Rock before sunset has amazing colors and shadows! It was a pleasure walking around and taking photos in this magical place. The walk was only possible during the sunrise and sunset because it was too hot ( that seemed perfect to me). It's a sacred rock of the Aborigens - The spirits of the ancestral beings continue to reside in these sacred places making the land a deeply important part of Aboriginal cultural identity. We should protect the nature and take care of our heritage.
