I am not a photographer but I like the way the photo portrays relaxing on the boardwalk.

Beautifully composed photograph that evokes a feeling of place and timelessness. Except for clothes and athletic shoes, this same picture looks like to could have been taken in the fifties.

I think we all need some place like this to dream.
Sorry to lose such an exciting, playful, and peaceful place.

A great photo. Makes me think of simpler times, of days gone by. Hard to imagine that such a peaceful place is so close to the hustle and bustle of a big city.

Oh a winner! As we are set to never see this landscape again in this same magical way it would be forward thinking of your team to select this one for a timeless heritage captured.

I love the balance of texture and use of space between the planks of the boardwalk and the puffy clouds. Strong countering diagonals, varied postures and forms are balanced nicely. I could admire this for hours

The angle of the boardwalk draws your eye in one direction, while the skyline lures you in another. Well balanced piece with just enough haze to allow you to imagine yourself in just such a picture.

This photo has the quality of "magic realism" floating somewhere between a futuristic society and the post world war II America where in Coney Island had it's heyday.

I wonder, was this photo altered in any way? It just looks so dreamlike and idyllic. This photographer has either changed it from the original or he/she is just spectacular at capturing a specific lights and atmospheres.
