What a gorgeous picture. It tells a story using just the right light, and walls to frame it. The shadows and the hidden faces give it such a sense of mystery. Makes you wonder about the two people. What i really like is how the fences - the levels in them, add to the depth of the picture. The winning thing though if the red umbrella that adds the contrast and completes this beautiful story. Congratulations Zoltan, Hope you win this. Best, Joan

This photo struck me in a sensory way as soon as I saw it. I could feel the moisture and the cooling rain, hear the sound of the rain pelting the umbrellas and the echo of the water splashing and sloshing on the stone as the people made their way through this passageway. I also liked the texture of the walls and the play of the shadow. Very well done.

A favorite...the figure in the forground is ghostly not of this time and the individual in the background has the coloring of contemporary flavor - all set in a moment of historical surroundings that live on forever, even as the mist of rain falls.

I could sit and look at this for long periods of time. I feel the environment and as though I am right there in the archway watching. Not to mention the technicals are outstanding. Well done.
