100 portraits of autistic women & girls
Autism is often invisible; the appearance is apparently (still) a yardstick for many to judge whether someone could have autism. As soon as you don't fit into that picture, you might not be heard or seen for a very long time. My goal for this photo project is to create more knowledge, understanding and visibility about autism in women. The perception of autism often does not correspond to reality.
