This is a 20 meter Amateur Radio Station that was set up at Horn Point Park during the 2016 Amateur Radio Field Day. Each year the Amateur Radio folks in the U.S. and Canada conduct a Field Day where they setup their equipment in an emergency type situation and then try to make as many contacts as possible.
