27 Miles of Pure Beauty
Matanuska Glacier is one of Alaska's most accessible glaciers by car. It stretches 27-mile long and four miles wide surrounded by streams of flowing ice and beautiful mountains. It is also the largest glaciers in the US where visitors can hike without a guide. Ice climbing along with glacier trekking are popular activities here.
