In memory of fallen service members who have lost their life in the war on terrorism dating back to Sept 11, 2001. This year dog tags printed with each hero's information was added to every flag. This memorial can been seen every year in Stillwater, Oklahoma located on the Oklahoma State University campus during Veterans day. There are 6922 flags and the total increases every year.
