We were at Magnetic Island/ Australia for two days and were walking in the National Park. At the end of our walk up a hill we discovered a mother and a baby koala in a tree. The mother was sleeping while the little koala was climbing up and down in the branches before finally sleeping on the mother´s belly. It was so beautiful to observe the baby koala s close while the mother was sleeping. This was the first time for me to see a baby koala with it´s mother not in a zoo, but in nature.
