My wife and I had the great privilege of riding elephants through the jungle at an elephant farm in the mountains of Chiang Mai. Many of the elephants were rescue elephants that came from bad environments in which the elephants were mistreated. These elephants are ridden without metal harnesses or seats that end up ruining their backs and they were very well taken care of. This particular baby elephant just tagged along for the ride and appeared to enjoy his banana treat!
