In the background is the Soviet War Memorial which commemorates the Soviet soldiers who liberated Austria from ¨Fascist¨ forces in 1945. The fountain called Hochstrahlbrunnen for me symbolises the hope and future for the Ukrainian people. The intense, powerful and beautiful sun will illuminate all the good in the world and overpower the forces of tyranny and evil.
