A Barbary macaque father and baby.
Barbary macaques are Endangered and their last stronghold in the wild is in Bouhachem Forest, north Morocco. One of the many special things about the species is the fact that the males take care of the babies as well as the females - this is very unusual for primates. The adult in this image is a male, proudly carrying an infant on his back.
