A close up image of the Poulnabrone Dolmen in The Burren, Ireland
On a tour/walk around The Burren, I captured the famous Poulnabrone Dolmen. The Dolmen is a tomb (tombstone) that dates back to the time of Neolithic farmers. The tomb holds the remains of 33 people, both adult and children and is made of the local limestone of the area.
