Living in the city is nowadays so busy that all we care about is some pleasure. We go to and from work, take care of our children, eat and look for some entertainment. We don't really have time to wander and admire the landscapes of the places we live in. I've taken a series of photographs of Katowice's famous "corn buildings" as a reminder that even in the ugliness of brutal architecture we can find some beauty. All we need to do is to stop and turn our heads away from our everyday problems just for a moment.
