A couple of Nile ducks near a rusted mooring post along the Maas in Rotterdam.
The male Nile Duck also known as the Egyptian goose attracts its mate with an elaborate, noisy courtship display that includes neck stretching like the bird on the left. The rust on the post blends nicely with the feather pattern of the ducks.
