A couple working in a Brick Kiln
In India, brick kilns employ more than 23 million workers.Most of the workers are largely landless Adivasi tribal who are forced to work at kilns for half the year to pay their debt. This family came from Jharkhand to work in West Bengal and will stay whole winter in a small tent.
