A cup and saucer falling from someone's hand.
The falling cup and saucer is a metaphor for something that is missing in your life. The person has forgotten that the end table is gone. And for a fraction of a section things are as they use to be, good or bad. But as soon as the cup and saucer hit the ground the person is I quickly brought back to reality. A sad place or happy place.
