14th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
A curious squirrel along the Bright Angel trail in the Grand Canyon
The natural light given off by the bright sun gave this photo a delicate and warm color palate. The shading from a few shadows gives this photo depth and I had to capture the scene.
