One of the oldest Gajan festival in Bengali folk culture, Gajan Or Shivagajan a Hindu festival celebrated with Shiva Neel and Dharmaraj starting from the last week of chaitra till the end of the Bengali year, The participants in this festival are know as Sannayasi or Bhokto. (Ancient stories say that Lord Shiva and Harakali got marriage ceremony in this festival).
