A Different Perspective On The Washington Monument
This was taken near the FDR Memorial on the Tidal Basin Washington, D.C., following a summer rain storm that left a puddle behind. The Washington Monument was reflected in the water of the Tidal Basin, but the top was missing. The puddle picked up the top.
