Driving back to NY from the west coast, I noticed a rainbow during the sunset on this country road. The midsection was faded, so I didn't find it urgent to pull over for a photograph. But, as luck would have it, the rainbow connected at the top after a few more miles on the winding road, and I pulled over to climb onto the roof of my Jeep to get this pano shot.
