While hiking Ramsey Canyon during fall, the Ramsey Creek was flowing heavily creating many small waterfalls in the canyon. I visit every November for the past 30 years, and this trip was the first that I had encountered the creek so filled with water. Some of the leaves from the trees had fallen into the creek as well. The canyon has maple, birch, sycamore and cottonwood trees.
