At Patuxai parkin Vientiane, Laos, there's a building you can go up to see an aerial view of the complex, the streets and the surrounding buildings. On the way up, there are windows on almost every floor and this family stopped by for a minute on their way up. The father was carrying their son and showing him what the outside looks like from above.
