A family of Tunisian tourists crosses an old cemetery to go to the beach.

Mahdia, in Tunisia, was founded by the Phoenicians and since then it has been a town that has been dedicated to trade and fishing. At the end of a beautiful peninsula is the ancient and extensive sailors' cemetery, which some people call "the most beautiful cemetery in the world." The photo is taken in the old Fatimid port where you can see remains of a fortress.
