A few people walking around the Inca ruins of Moray

The Inca ruins of Moray, which consist of a stunning series of concentric terraces with Andes as a backdrop, are quite intriguing. The enigma is the purpose of these terraces. One theory suggests that this was a sophisticated Inca agricultural laboratory as the range of temperatures between the highest and the bottom ring is 15°C. Another theory is the site was meant for ceremonial celebrations. Whatever the purpose, it is a visual treat to behold.
