A flower lying on the road carrying rainwater in its petals

Found the contrast of the softness of the flower with its petals carrying the raindrops from the rain that has stopped with the hard rough road surface peculiar and poignant. The contrast of living and non-living thing. The freshly fallen fuchsia flower, moist with rainwater lying on the hard, grey and rough surface of the road. It will only be a matter of time where the flower will wither up losing its beauty. It reflects that beauty and life is only for a short period.
