A fly holding an anther with pollen stuck on its legs in my garden

A fly (Stomorhina sp.) holding the anther of Asparagus racemosus flower with pollen stuck on its legs. Flies are important pollinators. The Chocolate midge flies are the only pollinators of Cocoa and without them there would be no chocolate.
