My husband took my to Astoria Oregon for a short getaway, and when I woke the next morning and looked out out from our hotel room, the Astoria-Megler bridge looked like it had a serious design flaw! Fog had rolled in over the mighty Columbia and covered the bridge partially, but the fog blended in with the river.
