A gill view of a Lichenomphalia umbellifera.
Lichenomphalia umbellifers is a small mushroom often found among moss throughout the Pacific Northwest. They have beautiful decurrent gills (running down the stem) and a maximum cap diameter of only 5mm – 15mm.
