Nostalgia
“Nostalgia” is about recreating a world without stress, responsibility, or otherwise bad things. During childhood, a child catalogs special experiences to their memory. These memories stick with them for the entire life as fundamental “happy places” that can’t be corrupted by society. In “Nostalgia,” I am reminded of when I went to pick strawberries in fields or run through the sunflowers, and as naive as it might sound, it’s my happy place.
