16th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
A golden hour evening on an alpine lake
Climbed up to this alpine lake right at timberline in the White River National Forest with two buddies who were fishing. While they were doing that I was taking the opportunity to snap some photos of the beautiful and solitary lake.
