A Government Building covered in Tarpaulin

The Treasury Building in Trinidad Covered in Tarpaulin. There was a tall building standing opposite the covered building (where the heaps of gravel are) that was recently demolished. The Tarpaulin was used to avoid implosion debris from splattering on the government building and potentially causing damage.
