This is an image of a great blue heron in the mode of discovery while walking in the water.It appeared to be searching for prey.As it moved toward the green reflections in the pond, I took out the DSLR with a 300mm lens to capture the heron and its reflections.I liked the way the colors transitioned to greens and browns depending the foliage colors on the bank.
