Arias Graham Patricio, 38, is treated in Puerto Lempira's physiotherapy clinic. After 18 years of diving, he was injured in February 2015 and has been paralyzed from the right side of his body since then. Like the majority of the other divers, he was never trained before diving. For now, he lives in a small room with his wife, next to the hospital.
