A hike worth taking

Greenland was so far proving to be exactly what I expected. An adventure. We had hiked through bogs, waited out rainstorms, had days without sun, taken boats, and hiked over terrain few people had ever seen. For this morning we were hoping that our steep climb the day before would payoff with a clear morning to showcase the the 3,000+ foot faces that towered over the glacier filled fjord below.
