A homeless lady finds happiness and comfort from her 12 pet cats
In the streets of Manila is Marilou Garcia, a pet mom to 12 cats. For 14 years, she has been living in a street on one corner of the Pasig River. She gets by with the help of some generous Chinese folk and from her occasional job of cleaning the barangay near Muelle dela Industria.
