A Hotel Being Built in Winter in Srinagar. I was staying in Fortune Resort Heevan, a hotel in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. It was January and the just before I had arrived in the hotel, snow had fallen. This photograph shows a hotel being built just next to my hotel. The view could be seen from my room's window. As it was too cold, the construction had stopped for a few days and no workers could be seen around. The roof and the stairs of this hotel could be seen completely covered in ice.
