A hungry Black Bear finds a treasure trove of red berries.
A hungry Black Bear (Ursus americanus) finds a treasure trove of red berries (Hawthorn berries) but can he reach them. It is late September in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, when bears need to eat as much as they can in preparation for winter hibernation. This bear climbed a steep cliff for this feast.
