I was leaving a Christmas party and was taken in by the way the tree and the moon together seemed to light up the whole area, in spite of the fact it was well into the night. That building is a military school barracks, and when I think about the regiment and the strict severity of the school the soft moonlight and the joy of Christmas seem like a total contradiction.
