A man grinds coffee by hand near Sungai Penuh in Central Sumatra. The coffee is grown in the surrounding hills, roasted by hand over a cinnamon wood stoked fire, and finally ground by hand and waterwheel. The only electricity used in the entire process is to power a radio.
