While taking the ferry over to the memorial, it was a very silent and somber ride. As we pulled up to the dock of the memorial, it was a sight to behold. To be right above the U.S.S Arizona was surreal. A moment forever frozen in time. It is true, the oil still seeps up and can be seen in the water.
