On the Dragon Boat Festival in 2025, I watched the South African Duduza Serenade Choir perform A Mother’s Cry. The choir won the Championship of the Performance Choir Category at the 2025 Songjiang Thames Town “Heart of Chorus” Shanghai International Choral Competition, and was awarded the title of “Most Popular Choir.”
