A New Perspective on Elephants
This image was taken at Somalisa Camp in Hwange National Park in Zimbabwe. This park has large numbers of elephants and our camp has a water trough, fed by a well, to attract the wildlife. The constant traffic of elephants and the proximity of the trough to a sitting area at the edge of camp provided some great opportunities for photography. A few big tree branches along the edge of the sitting area were a decent barricade.
