I was in Fandana, south of Madagascar, on August 1st 2016. Fandana It's a village with the typical mountain called "bishop hat" due to its peculiar shape. The lights on the horizon are the many savanna fires that are lit at all hours of the day by the local populations. There is also a meteor near the mountain and above the magellan cloud.
