Nighttime at the SpaceX Boca Chica Launch Facility As a Baby Boomer, I grew up during the space race from Sputnik to Apollo 11 and everything since related to space exploration. I saw, and photographed, the launch of Apollo 16 from the VIP section and still the Saturn V is the most powerful rocked ever launched. SpaceX plans to break to break that record in the near future and I want to be there when it happens. I decided to visit their launch facility to "scout out" the area and take some photos prior to the launch.
