Tarragona is the second largest city in Catalonia - a compelling mix of Roman, Mediterranean and contemporary architecture. Its cosy little squares full of artistic bars and delicious tapas, and its yellow limestones make the old city one of the most serene and magical places I have ever been. This city was declared "World Heritage City" by UNESCO on the 30 of November of 2000
