Caption - Wings Over the World I live in a small dusty, desert town in the North West of India called Jodhpur. I was on my balcony trying to click a dramatic horizon which was gradually turning from a salmon pink to a bloody crimson. The air was dense with peace and silence. I knew all of these signs would bring in an impending dust storm. Suddenly, there was a chirpy but boisterous break to my dusty thoughts. A brightly colored parrot was about to take off into the skies, as if to escape the storm. I quickly changed by focus and zoomed into the flying bird, and was delighted by the beauty of the bird and the capture.
