I visited RAF Duxford on my birthday, and it was a real treat to watch so many vintage aircraft take off and land after having been in a UK national lockdown since March. This was taken just as the museum re-opened in August and the weather was perfect. This pilot was preparing his plane for take-off. It was my first visit to the museum and it was a real honour to be stood in a place with such historic significance of the Battle of Britain in WW2.
